For ten years, Charlotte Perriand (1903–1999) worked alongside Le Corbusier, contributing to many of the studio’s most influential furniture and interior projects. Her interdisciplinary approach—bringing together architecture, furniture design and photography into a coherent vision of modern living – established her as one of the leading figures of twentieth-century modernism.
