The radiograms in the HM series were still strongly reminiscent of their pre-war cousins, so quadratic and wooden, but were starting to move towards the more formalised design language that the would later exemplify the Rams’ classics and were, importantly for Braun, an almost ubiquitous feature of the Interbau 57 Berlin show flats. Which meant the young, financially independent Interbau visitors were also being introduced to the future of home entertainment.
