This Anni Albers Jewelry Studio Kit™ is based upon an original piece from a 1941 traveling exhibition of common object jewelry by Albers and student Alex Reed. Even during World War II, when materials were in such short supply, Anni Albers invented ways to create playful, elegant objects using simple components found in hardware shops and stationery stores.
